Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to AutoVote ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and authentication credentials.
• Game Interests: You may optionally tell us which games interest you at signup. We store these choices with your account to understand demand and plan future game support. You can leave this question blank.
• Game Account Data: To provide our automation services, we store the game usernames you provide. We do not store your game passwords.
• Payment Information: We use Stripe, PayPal, NOWPayments, and Xsolla to process payments. We retain provider references, amounts, and payment status, but do not store full card, bank, or cryptocurrency wallet credentials.
• Usage Information: We collect page paths, referral sources, language, broad device type, campaign parameters, and approximate country when supplied by our hosting provider. Our first-party analytics uses one-way visitor and session hashes and does not store raw IP addresses.
• Signup Attribution: If you accept analytics, we remember your first visit and most recent campaign or referral for up to 90 days. When you register, we save that campaign metadata with your account to measure acquisition costs and customer revenue over time. This account record survives cookie expiry and is retained while your account exists. We do not store full referring URLs or send your game interests to advertising platforms.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our automation services.
• Process your transactions and manage your subscription.
• Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our services.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Third-Party Services

Our service interacts with third-party voting sites on your behalf. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website through aggregated interaction data, heatmaps, and session recordings. Microsoft may set analytics cookies and process usage data according to its own privacy terms.

When Reddit advertising measurement is enabled and you separately opt in to advertising cookies, the Reddit Pixel receives visits to our public landing and signup-complete pages and an event for a completed registration. Reddit may process browser and device information, IP addresses, URLs, ad-click identifiers, and cookie identifiers to attribute activity to ads. We do not provide email addresses, phone numbers, game-account identifiers, or game interests as matching data.

6. Cookies and Your Choices

Essential cookies keep the site working: they remember your language, keep you signed in, and protect forms against cross-site request forgery. Optional analytics and advertising cookies have separate choices.

Analytics cookies are optional and are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. They power our own page-view analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and let us see which pages work and which do not. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and neither our own analytics nor Clarity runs.

Advertising cookies are optional and require a separate opt-in. Declining them does not prevent signup or use of AutoVote. Your choices are remembered for one year. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change them; withdrawing consent stops future tracking, but does not delete an acquisition record already saved with your account.
